--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TgCosmetics.com suggests regular grooming of brows requires tweezing stray hairs for a neat look and attractive shape. In order to re-create your brows into a style reminiscent of the glamorous 30's, you will need to recreate the shape completely. The best way to do this is to shave or tweeze your brows off completely before creating the shape you want. If this is not something that is practical for you to do, the next best thing is to use brow wax to cover your existing brow. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
	1Start with a cleansed face and tweezed, groomed brow. First, brush brow so that hairs are in place and in the same direction.
	2 Then, carefully, use a thin edge of a metal spatula or table knife/cheese spreader knife to gently scrape off thin layers from the tgCosmtics.com plastic stick until you have enough to form a small ball of plastic, about 1/4 inch n diameter. Let the plastic ball warm between your fingers to your skin temperature for a minute or two until it becomes soft and pliable.
	3 With fingers, pinch off a section of the plastic ball and press and spread onto the top of the brow. Add more plastic from the ball as needed to apply and smooth plastic over entire brow. Smooth edges of plastic out with fingers. Use the flat side of the spatula to gently, but firmly, push plastic into the brow to flatten hairs completely under plastic. Add more plastic until you are sure that all brow hairs are covered and flattened. Use a bright light and/or a makeup magnifying mirror to be sure all hairs are flattened and under the plastic surface.
	4 When brow is completely covered and smooth, use the TgCosmetics.com clear liquid eyebrow sealer to cover waxed brow. Wait several minutes to allow the sealer to dry completely.
	5 Once the sealer has dried, apply a heavy coverage cream foundation over the waxed and sealed brow so that the brow is completely camouflaged. Let foundation set for a minute. If more evening of color is needed use a liquid foundation or corrector cream over and around brow and let dry.
	6 Powder brow lightly with loose translucent powder to further camouflage and soften your brow foundation cover.
	7 When brow is covered with TgCosmetics.com foundation and powder, you are ready to apply the eyebrow shape you want. Have a plan for the kind of brow you want BEFORE you begin. Choose a TgCosmetics.com brow pencil, a soft liner pencil, or powder eye shadow and pointed applicator tip that complements your hair and skin coloring to draw in the brow you want over the camouflaged brow. Go slowly and take your time.
	Here are several glamour brow looks. TgCosmetics.com classic, thin glamour brow style. This style is slightly wider above the inside of the eye and tapers out in a full, graceful arch to a hair thin point. Here there is dark eye shadow on the lid with a light shadow dusted just below the outer edge of the lower lash. Darker shadow is applied to outer edge of the lid and crease of the lid. A VERY thin line is drawn as close to the upper and lower lashes as possible. Llight or shiny highlight is added to the brow bone.

A light dusting of shadow on the eyelid and crease area with a slightly lighter shade on the lid. Mascara heavily on upper lashes and very light, if any, on lower lashes.

Tweezing and shaping brows

Locating critical brow boundaries: Place a TgCosmetics.com eye pencil at the outer edge of the nose. Keep the base of the pencil fixed at the nose and rotate it to find key brow dimension points. Vertically it aligns where the brow should generally start. Allow the inner part of the brow to begin a little bit inward beyond the vertical line. Aligning with the center of the pupil of the eye, it locates the high point of the arch. Aligned with the outer lower edge of the eye, it locates the point where the brow should end. The beginning and end of brow should be at the same height. Tweeze from below the brow, not above. Shaping and tweezing brows Brows that are well shaped can make the most dramatic impact of any facial feature to create a beautiful look. Tg Cosmetics's best advice is to relax and take it slow. Pay the most attention to the shape of the arch and inner corner of the brow. Go slow and re-check your progress often. A mistake can take 3-6 months to grow back. You don’t have to do it all in one day. Stop if you feel unsure. General TgCosmtics tips: • Never try to change the shape of your natural brow arch with tweezing, it simply ruins the shape of the brow. You should rather enhance your natural arch when tweezing hairs.• Tweeze brows after a shower or bath when skin is softer and pores are more open or place a warm wash cloth over your brows for five to ten minutes before tweezing. • A topical anesthetic is good if you have a low threshold for skin sensitivity. • Tweezing hairs does not make them grow back thicker, repeated plucking of the same hair may cause hair to stop growing over time. • Expect total re-growth to take as long as 3-6 months. • Always use natural light.• To preview how you want brows to look place a light concealer on brows with a small tipped brush to "white out" hairs you plan to tweeze. • As brows hairs grow keep brows brushed into place with brow fix, brow gel or hairspray. Tweezing: • Pull skin taut and remove hairs one by one by pulling them in the direction of the hair growth. • When tweezing grab hair close to the root and then pull gently. Shaping:• Get rid of obvious renegade hairs like those near the eyelid, between eyes or past the outer end of the brow. • Define the inner corners, pluck hair by hair until the brow’s inner edge is generally in line with the eyes inner corner. Don’t over do it, leave some hairs just beyond the inner eye corner area to avoid the inner part of the brow from looking too defined or exact. • No two eyebrows are alike, go for balance rather than perfection. Stick with the natural line, don’t pluck on top, it will distort the shape • Work from the inner corner to the outer corner on the underside of the brow, thin out over thick area by removing one hair at a time until all hairs in that row are gone. • Don’t over pluck hairs. Leave hairs that fall slightly above that row to get a softer effect and avoid leaving gaps. Brush brows back into place, in the direction the hair grows, often as you tweeze. • If you are unsure about removing a certain hair, leave it alone. Leaving is always better than plucking it. You can always decide to pluck it later. Styling: Use an eyebrow pencil that is close to the color of your natural brows with a non-greasy, fine point to fill in brows with fine hair-like strokes to the shape you want them to be. Eyebrow pencils: Generally Taupe colored pencils work for blonde, strawberry blonde, auburn, and red hair. Cocoa works for brown hair and white hair. Black or Silverstone works for black hair. 					Dealing with Brow Types: Heavy Brows: Eyebrows that are too heavy can close up eyes. brow pencil a draw light lines in the direction the hair grows. Don’t force a new shape to them but fake some great effects.  Bushy brows: If your brows are too bushy, try combing all hairs straight down until your natural arch becomes apparent. Then trim the brushed down brows with a manicure scissors, following the shape of the upper arch. Thin Brows: If brows are too thin, draw the ideal shape onto brow area and fill in with brow pencil. Shadow powder may be used along with a pencil for a softer effect. Add a light shade of corrector tint just below the arch for more definition. Small eyes: Remove a little more from the bottom of your brow to five the illusion of bigger eyes by openning up the lid area. Close set eyes: Take a little more from the inner part of the brow. will create the illusion of more width. Wide set eyes: Begin your inner brow a little closer toward the nose and remove a few hairs from the outer end.

A step-by-step makeup makeover

	1 Begin by applying the stage makeup in your shade all over the face and throat with a sponge, adding extra coverage where needed by patting extra foundation over those areas. Next, add depth and contouring to the face by applying the next darkest shade of stage makeup to the left and right sides of the forehead, under the cheekbone, to the sides of the nose, and along the jaw line(be sure to blend the contoured areas, so they don't look like stripes!). Finally, to prepare the face for color, set the entire application with loose powder using a powder puff or powder brush.	1
	2 Its now time to add a little color to the face and brighten up those cheeks! To do this, you must first find the perfect shade of blush to compliment your skin. To brighten myself up, I take the blush brush, load it with Mild Pink Blush, and sweep the color over the top of my cheekbones (not under), and work the color back to the hairline. The blush should be brightest on the "apple" of the cheek (the part of the cheek that sticks out when you pucker your lips), and should fade as it heads toward the side of the cheek bone.	2
	3 Now onto eyes! Start by applying a brightening shade all over the eye lid (from lashes to brow) with a wide shadow brush. I recommend using the shade "Oyster" to give the optimal brightening and a little shimmer as well to reflect light and open the eye.	3
	4 Now we're going to give the eye a little depthÖand mystery! In this photo, I have taken the "Sangria" shadow and applied that shade on my lid and crease using an angled shadow brush.	4
	5 It's now time to give the eye a little more intensity. I have applied "Mauve" shadow just on the lid (the little area below the crease), sweeping it across my eye all the way down to the lash line.	5
	6 No eye is complete without liner and mascara. For the perfectly defined eye, apply the "Jet" eyeliner to the top of the eye, by sweeping it in short strokes across the lash line area, making sure that the liner touches the base of the lash line. For a "lifted" look, I always make my liner thinner towards the nose, and thicker as it goes outward. Dot the liner on the bottom of the lash line, and smudge it with a liner brush. Finish the eye by applying two generous coats of "black" mascara all over the lashes (I must tell you, I have tried many mascaras, but this one is the BEST!!!!	6
	7 Lips can make or break a look. Often times, the lip liner is either forgotten, or not used to its full potential. To make my lips look fuller, I start by drawing a "V" in the center of my top lip, using the "Plum Brown" liner. I then start at each corner and work my way up to the "V", lining just above my lip line. Finally, I trace the liner across my bottom lip, again, just outside my lip line.	7
	8 I find that when I fill in my lips with liner, my lipstick stays on longer, and my lipstick looks more "3-dimensional." To do this I pick a lighter lipliner to fill in with. A shade such as "Pink Glaze" does the job perfectly!	8
	9 A beautiful and flattering lip shade can brighten the face, and soften the features like nothing else. I love to finish my lip by applying "Prom Pink" lipstick to the entire lip area with a lip brush, sweeping the color within the lip. A lip brush is essential for the initial application, as it truly does give a more professional, polished look.	9
		10 As you can see, a little subtlety all over really creates a flawless face. Minor details, such as the ones I have listed above, can really create the look you are seeking. With TG Cosmetics, you can truly become the woman you have always wanted to be!	10

How to apply a flawless foundation

To create a flawless looking foundation, follow these tgcosmetics.com steps to learn the art of skin preparation and applying foundation correctly to create a beautiful look.

1. Wash your face Always start with a clean face. Wash, don’t rub, with a good facial cleanser. Be gentle. Rinse well to remove all the cleanser. Be sure to shave before you apply your makeup to ensure a smooth application. When shaving use a gel or moisturizing shave cream to allow for the closest possible shave without nicks and abrasions. Foundations can cause itching if you have shaving cuts or tiny skin abrasions. Apply a toner to refresh skin. Allow 30 minutes for your skin to recover before you applying your makeup. If you have 10-15 minutes, enjoy a relaxing bath while wearing a tgcosmetics natural clay masque. The natural clay, Kaolin, draws impurities out of clogged pores and minimizes the pore size and helps tighten and refine skin so that makeup goes on smoother and easier. Using a mask gives skin a firmer texture. 2. Shaving A smooth surface is important for a successful makeup application. Shaving right after a hot shower is best because the heat and water hydrates the skin, dilates the blood vessels which open the pores and makes the hair more pliable and easier to cut. Consider using a swivel-head razor and or twin blades for getting a smooth shave. Use a conditioning shave cream and toner to ensure a smooth shave that leaves skin in good condition. If you are not planning to shower before you shave, wrap a hot, moist towel over your face and neck for about two minutes before you shave. Use hot water, not scalding water to create lather for shaving and keep water and lather hot during the entire shaving process. Examine your face closely before shaving to determine the direction that your facial and neck hair grows. It is important to begin your shave with the hair growth rather than against the direction that the hair grows. Shaving first in the direction that the hair grows cuts 80% of the hair and avoids razor burns, ingrown hairs and irritations. Then lather a second time and shave against the hair growth to get a closer shave, starting from your neck working up to cheeks, under nose and chin. Don't apply too much pressure to the razor, this can cause razor burn and doesn't give your a closer shave. After you are finished shaving, rinse your face and neck with cold water to refresh skin and tighten pores. Pat dry, don't rub face dry. use styptic pencil or moistened alum block to stop any bleeding from nicks. The process of shaving removes a very thin layer from the skin surface so it is important to apply a fragrance-free, alcohol-free toner such as tgcosmetics Vitamin C toner pads, to soothe, nourish, moisturize skin, boost skin tone and help generate new cell growth. Let skin settle down for 5-10 minutes before proceeding with your next application step. 3. Moisturize your faceBefore applying makeup, apply a non-greasy facial moisturizer. This creates a thin layer of cream to keep your skin's natural moisture in. Blot off excess moisturizer leaving a fine layer on your skin. Wait a few minutes before applying any makeup. Be sure that you are using the same light in which you will be wearing your makeup. If it’s evening use electric light, if it’s for daytime, use sunlight. It does make a difference. 4. Apply foundation Foundation creates a base by smoothing out the surface of your skin. It allows your makeup to adhere more evenly. If your face is smooth and stubble free, a liquid foundation such as tgcosmetics Aloe liquid foundation can be applied to give a natural, even skin tone. Check for the right shade match to your skin tone by applying it in a streak from your lower cheek to your upper neck and blend in evenly with a dabbing motion. Latex sponge wedges are great for applying foundation. Avoid trying to smooth-over bumps or wrinkles. This will result in caking.  Even after shaving, the hair shadow can show beneath the makeup. If this happens you will need to use a thicker cream cover foundation or a pan cover foundation. When using heavier foundation, use a thick blend of the tgcosmetics Extra Coverage Stage Foundation or CoverBlend and liquid foundation over your beard and mustache and uneven skin color areas. Use the liquid foundation over heavier foundation on your upper cheeks, nose, eyes and forehead. Make sure the tgcosmetics pan Stage Foundation or CoverBlend and the liquid foundation are close in tone and basic color. A common mistake is not blending makeup evenly. Remember to blend, blend, blend. When using liquid foundation, dab small dots onto your face across forehead, cheeks, chin, nose and neck first. Then blend with fingers or a tgcosmetics latex makeup sponge to spread the foundation out evenly. Push foundation gently into skin, don't smear it. Don’t make the layer too thick. If you need to make the application thinner, wet the sponge. Cover your entire face with foundation, including around the edges of the lips. A common mistake is to forget to apply foundation to your neck area. When applying makeup you should always consider your neck a part of your face. Also cover exposed areas such as your shoulders and chest so that your complexion will have an overall even tone, Makeup will stain clothing, so be careful to avoid areas where clothing will rub against makeup. Seeing makeup stains on clothing ruins the illusion of a natural look. After foundation is applied, wait for 3-4 minutes to allow your makeup to settle onto skin. 5. Next, use concealer/corrector At this point, you will use concealer tint over foundation to correct, even out your skin tone, hide imperfections, highlight and add contour to your features. We recommend tgcosmetics four-tone or five-tone corrector to correct, neutralize or counteract sallow, ruddy red, dark or blue undertones, hide imperfections and even out unsightly blemishes and discoloration.  Dark - accents, contours and recedes Light - highlighting and bringing areas forward. It also lessens facial lines around the mouth and outer coners of the eyes. Here, careful blending and smoothing is VERY important to perfect the illusion of shape. Be sure there are no defining lines between shades. 6. Press in loose powder Loose powder is better to use than pressed powder because leaves a smoother finish. Powder also softens the overall appearance. Using loose powder over your foundation makes your makeup to last much longer. Choose a shade slightly lighter than your foundation. tgcosmetics offers translucent loose powder in light, medium light, medium. medium dark and dark.  TIP: Use the powder puff or soft cloth rather than a brush to apply tgcosmetics loose powder. Gently press powder into your foundation with a pressing/rolling motion. The pressing action will push the powder into the foundation to set and soften the look. DO NOT RUB across your face. Rubbing powder onto your foundation will cause smear marks to show up later.     Voila! How   to clean a saree 
  
   
   
Saree   is one of the most precious outfits in a women's wardrobe. Though purchasing   is a big deal, but saree care and saree wash is something challengeable.   Today, owning a silk sari meant not only the initial price of the garment but   also the cost of dry cleaning. All silk sarees are washable. Most silk sarees   can be hand washed. Technically, silk saree does not shrink like other   fabric. A good shampoo works well for clean sari . It will remove oil and   revitalize your silk saree.
  
   
   
Maintaining   your silk sarees: 
1.   Dry-Cleaning is Preferable 

Generally   silk sarees should be dry-cleaned. In hand washing, the consistency of the   silk may be altered, depending on the finishing treatment used to give it   sheen and the colour may run. Chlorine bleach damages silk and causes it to   yellow. 

2. Washing   Silks

Certain   pre-wash techniques have made certain washable. Raw silk, china silk, India silk,   crepe de chine, Pongee, Shantung, tussar, dupion   and jacquard silks are safer to wash. After washing, one should roll in a   towel to remove the excess moisture, and then hang on to dry on a padded   hanger. 

3. Stains

Stained   silk sarees should be dry-cleaned as soon as possible. Dyes and sizings tend   to discolour with moisture. Therefore attempting to remove stains with water   is not recommended without first testing the silk for colour fastness. It is   difficult to remove a concentrated food or beverage stain. Scrubbing or   pressing could ruin the fabric. 

Protein   Stains : These stains include blood, deodorant, egg, meat juices and   perspiration. To clear such stains, first detergent should be applied to the   garment. Then it should be soaked in cool water and laundered. In case of   persistent stains, rubbing a mixture of a few drops of Nh2 with hydrogen   peroxide should be tried.

Combination   Stains : These stains include chocolate, gravy, ice-cream and milk. First a   dry-clean solvent should be applied and then dried. The protein part of the   stain supplement can be treated by applying liquid detergent and rinsing with   cool water. Then after using a prewash stain remover, the silk should be   washed in the hottest water that it can stand. 

Nailpolish   Stain : This can be treated by rubbing acetone on the area. 

Lipstick   Stains: First Dry-cleaning fluids and then washing in soap and water can be   used to remove lipstick stains. 

Grease:   These stains are usually caused by oils, butter, margarine, crayon, medicines   and oil-based cosmetics. Dabbing on talc immediately will lift the stain.   After brushing off the talc, a stain remover can be applied and the silk   should be washed in the hottest water that it can stand.

The   saree is the traditional garment of India. Usually a piece of fabric   5-6 yards in width, the saree is worn with a petticoat of a similar shade and   a matching or contrasting blouse or choli.     The saree is strategically wrapped three times around the petticoat with the   inner end tucked into the petticoat on the right side wrapped around the   front to the back, pleated in the front on the second wrap and ending with   the extensively embroidered or printed end or pallau draped over the left   shoulder. The petticoat is worn just above or below the bellybutton and   functions as a support garments to hold the saree. Saree blouses are usually   attached to the sarees to minimize the color and shade variation.     A saree is not a dress. It is just fabric which needs to be draped in a   particular way to achieve the fully dressed effect.     Sarees are available in a number of fabrics like pure silks, cottons and   synthetics in various colors and are embellished with embroidery, gold thread   work or zari, painting, cutwork and appliqué work.     We have divided the saree draping process into 10 steps and can guide you   step by step. Various groups in India tend to wear the saree in   different ways but our version is the traditional one. Step 1 - Slip into the petticoat and fastened the   waistband at your upper hips or wherever you feel comfortable. Tuck the inner   top edge of the saree into the left side of the petticoat and wrap the saree   around the left side of your body. 
  
   
   
  
   
   
Step 2 - Bring the saree around the right side of   your body in a smooth neat wrap.
  
   
   
  
   
   
Step 3 - Holding the saree   firmly, start pleating it with your fingers keeping the pleats even and   straight. Gather about 1 yard of saree into the pleats. The rest is wrapped   around the body once more and draped over the shoulder.
  
   
   
  
   
   
Step 4 - Pleating takes both hands, with the   right hand holding the pleats and the left guiding the saree between the   forefinger at one edge and thumb and pinkie at the other edge your body. 
  
   
   
  
   
   
Step 5 - After accumulating enough pleats,   arrange them one behind the other and tuck them firmly in the band of the   underskirt just below or above the belly button.

To determine your face shape:
In front of a mirror, pull your hair back. Trace the outline of your face, with a bar of soap, onto the mirror. Compare the outlined shape on the mirror to the illustrations below

1. TRIANGLE SHAPED FACE...

Narrow forehead with a wide chin.
Try a shapely-layered look or a curly style. Heavy fringe and layers build fullness on top to soften a wider crown. Hair should be layered all around and tapered in back and at the sides.

2. SQUARE SHAPED FACE...

Angular jaw line is the same width as the forehead.
Try a short style that is wavy on top. The wispy edges soften a wide forehead and strong jaw line.

3. OVAL SHAPED FACE...

Well proportioned, with length of face longer than width.
Try any style. A classic oval shaped face looks great with all styles. Perhaps a longer style with a few graduated layers around the face.


4. HEART SHAPED FACE

If you are looking for a complete change always remember it is more flattering to choose a lighter shade than your own to create a softer and more youthful look.
If you go darker the effects can be quite harsh and unflattering, you would need to wear a much darker make-up to balance your look.

TIPS ON CARING FOR YOUR WIG  Top 

WASHING YOUR WIG

Before you wash, gently brush out the tangles and hair spray. For tight curly or all over curl, do not use a brush - finger pick thoroughly and gently remove tangles.
In a sink or basin, mix with wig shampoo with tepid water and immerse wig. Gently swirl and let soak for 5 minutes. Rinse wig in cold water until all wig shampoo is removed.

DRYING YOUR WIG

Wrap in a towel and gently pat out excess water. DO NOT TWIST,OR BRUSH YOUR WIG WHILE WET. Gently fluff your damp wig. Allow to air dry on a wig stand. For a healthy shine, spray on your spray conditioner.

CONDITIONING YOUR WIG

We recommend that you apply spray conditioner to your wig each time you have worn it and then always keep it in it\s box until the next time it's put on, this will stop the fibre from drying out and looking thick and dull, it also prolongs the life of your wig.

WIG CARE DO' S  AND DON'TS 

To maintain your wig's natural look..

DO spray your wig or hairpiece with wig lustre between washings to add shine and body.

DO use wig products to keep your wig or hairpiece looking it's best.

DON'T use regular shampoo, conditioner, delicate fabric wash, or baby products on your wig or hairpiece.

DON'T use a hot curling iron or hair dryer on your wig or hairpiece.

DON'T brush or wring out your wet wig or hairpiece.

DON'T wear a wig or hairpiece near any sources of excessive heat such as an open oven, boiling water, barbecue grill or even some cigarette lighters.

STYLING TIPS  Top 

1. Out of the box

When you take your new wig out of the box -- it will not look like the style you pictured in the catalogue -- it has been specially wrapped and packed to hold it's preset style.
Remove the hairnet and any tissue paper.
Cup your hands inside the wig at the crown and nape, and give it a good shake. This wakes up the wig fibres.
For best results place your wig on a wig stand overnight. This allows your wig to breathe and loosen into it\s preset style more completely.

2. Preparing to wear your new wig

No matter what your hair length, we recommend a wig cap ( retainer ). This will hold all hairs securely in place under your wig. The wig cap is also useful if you have little or no hair. It will make your wig feel more secure. The wig cap can be found in our Accessories section.
Short hair-Brush your hair back in the front and up on the sides - then spray with hair spray. Longer hair - Pin up your hair in flat pin curls away from the front, side, and the nape of your neck. Set pin curls. evenly all over your head, so that your wig will lay flat.

3. Putting on your new wig

Hold the wig with one hand gripping the back of the wig, at the label, and the other hand holding the centre of the front hairline. Tilt your head forward and slip on the wig from front to back. Slide the wig back until the front edge is even with your front hairline. Then use the ear tabs to adjust from side to side, restring the wig.
Use the sizing adjustments to adjust the size to your comfort level. The sizing adjustments allow 1" larger or smaller.

4. The styling basics

Relax and have fun! Experiment with your style to get the look that's right for you. Trying to get every hair in place can make your style look " wiggy "
Many of our styles just need a good shake and they're ready to wear.
For our other styles, always use a good quality wig brush or pick comb. A regular comb or brush will stretch the wig fibres and loosen the curl.
If you have chosen a wig with " styling flexibility," don't be afraid to try different looks using your wig styling brush or pick comb,
To finish your style and hold it in place, use wig styling spray, if you wish to create a more textured and natural look, spray the wig with water then brush it through gently to get a modern effect.
Never use regular hair spray, styling gels, and mousse - they will leave a film that attracts dirt and dust.

SPECIFIC STYLING 

A tight or ringlet curly style - -

Give a good shake and then gently lift and separate curls with your pick comb, or style with your fingers.
Do not brush.

Wavy with loose curls - -

Lightly brush using short lifting strokes, just enough to relax and shape your style.

A fluff style or soft curls ( especially back and sides)

With short upward strokes, lightly brush away from your face.

Straight

Lightly brush with long, even strokes, from the crown to the ends for a smooth, sleek look,

It takes it little time to get accustomed to your new style. You may not feel quite right about it the first time you see it On. Take a few days to get used to seeing the " new you ". Walk past a mirror a few times, ask a close friend or family member to give you their opinion.
