3 easy steps for measuring your bra size

STEP 1: Measure for band size:

How to Measure Bra Band Size
Keeping the measuring tape parallel with the ground, measure around your bra directly under your bust after expelling all air from your lungs - you want this measurement to be as small as possible. Round all fractional measurements to the nearest whole number.

If the measurement is even, add 4"
If the measurement is odd, add 5"

STEP 2: Measure for cup size:

How to Measure Bra Cup Size
Standing straight, with your arms at your side, measure at the fullest part of your bust (while wearing a non-padded bra) making sure the measuring tape is parallel with the ground and not binding.
Round all fractional measurements to the nearest whole number.

STEP 3: Calculate your bra size:

Subtract your band measurement (step 1) from your cup measurement (step 2). Generally, for each inch in difference, the cup goes up by one size.See the cup size conversion chart here.

Example:
Step 1: 34" under measurement +4" = 38" band
Step 2: 40" over measurement
Step 3: 40" - 38" = 2" or Cup "B"
Your size would be 38B

If The Difference Is:Your Standard Cup Size Is:
0"-1/2" (1.3 cm)AA
1/2"- 1" (2.6 cm)A
2" (5.1 cm)B
3" (7.6 cm)C
4" (10.2 cm)D
5" (12.7 cm) DD or E
6" (15.2 cm)DDD or F
7" (17.8 cm)G
8" (20.3 cm)H
9" (22.9 cm)I
10" (25.4 cm)J

Important Note: this measuring system tends to become less accurate as the cup sizes go above a D. Additionally, some manufacturers name larger cup sizes differently.

BAND SIZE
Measure under your arms, high on your back, across the top of your chest. If this measurement is an even number, this is your band size. If an odd number, add 1" to determine your band size.

CUP SIZE
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Next, subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement; each inch represents a cup size. For example: if your band measurement is 34" and your bust measurement is 36", the difference between these measurements is two inches, and you'd wear a B-cup.

Stylish Bra & Bra Wearing Tips
TIPS:Now that you've found your size, test your fit. Take the opposite hand from the side you are adjusting and gently bring the breast tissue from the back to the front. This movement will help you settle your breasts correctly into the cups.It should feel goodA great fitting bra shouldn't dig, pull, poke or otherwise cause discomfort. If it does, it's not the right bra (or size) for you.
Make sure it feels comfortable when you sit down and move around. It should look good!Always try your bras on wearing a t-shirt – it's the best way to see what it's doing for you. A great fitting bra can make you look taller, will define your waist, and even make you look slimmer!Don't settle for wrinklesIf you see extra fabric or wrinkly, baggy cups, the cup size is too big. Try sizing down.
Don't fall outTake a look at the front of the bra. There shouldn't be any breast tissue spillage, puddling, or falling out of the bottom of the cups. If there is, your cup size is too small. Try sizing up for a flattering, more natural looking fit.Straps shouldn't work too hardYour bra's support comes from the band, not the straps. So be sure that you're wearing the correct band size. Too big, and your straps will end up taking the weight, which will cause them to put pressure on your shoulders and dig in.Is your band straight?
Look in the mirror from the side. Your band should be at the same level all the way around. If it is riding up in back, it's probably too big. Try sizing down a band size or tightening your band.Mind the gapThe center front of your bra should lie flat against the breastbone.
It should not lie on top of any breast tissue. If there's a large gap, you may need to go up a cup size. How tight is right?Your band should feel firm and secure, but you should also be able to slip two fingers beneath the band in back, and one in the center in front. If you can't, you may need to loosen your band a bit, or go up a size.
Underwires shouldn't digUnderwires should lie flat at the front of your bra, against your ribcage. If you feel your underwire digging into any breast tissue, you should try a larger cup size or a different style.Bras stretch over timeBe sure you're wearing your bra on the loosest hook.
Your bras can stretch with washing and wear, so when you buy a new bra, it's best to ensure it fits properly on a loose hook, so you can tighten it as needed. How to know when you've found a perfect fit?Your breasts will feel like they are "sitting" in the cups, you will not feel any underwire pinching and your bra will feel comfortable and supportive.
You shouldn't have to settle for a so-so fit. Sometimes you will have to go up a cup size or two. Don't let it concern you – sizes do vary among brands. Finding the perfect bra takes time and patience, but the way you will look (and feel) once you have found it will be worth all of your effort.ReminderCheck back in six months or so.
You should re-evaluate your bras regularly to be sure they are fitting you the way they should – because a woman's body does change over time, and bras stretch and lose shape with repeated wear and washing. It may be time to stock-up again, soon!

Inflatable Bra Pad Inserts - Breast Enhancers

Are you trying to improve your bustline and increase your cleavage, but don’t want to resort to any sort of breast augmentation or enlargement surgery? Bra inserts are definitely one good option, but sometimes you just don’t want to deal with the hassle of putting extra things in your bra. Another solution that many women opt for instead are inflatable bras.
Ladies around the world call bra inserts and inflatable bras their “secret weapons”, and rightfully so, as they can give that illusion of having fuller and larger breasts. An inflatable bra also has the added convenience of being small enough to carry around in a purse or hide in the glove compartment in your car. They can also be worn in the “deflated” state, but at a moment’s notice the built in air pads can be pumped up to whatever size cup you desire instantly. Needless to say, these types of bras have been a big hit since they arrived on the scene.
In addition to boosting your cleavage, inflatable bras and bra inserts can also boost a woman’s self esteem, which psychologists have discovered is an extremely important part of a healthy personality. Even the so called “flat chested” girl can feel much better about her appearance with even a subtle improvement with just a couple pumps of this super bra, and nobody well guess her secret!
Unlike bra inserts, an inflatable bra contains hollow pads that somewhat resemble meat patties, and can be squeezed manually in order to pump air into them and increase the size, much like the old reebok pump shoes that were popular in the late 80′s and early 90′s. To release the pressure and deflate the pads, you can simply press another button on the inflatable bra and the pad will return to its smaller state.
The great thing about an inflatable bra is if you buy one, it’s like buying multiple size bra inserts that you can carry around with you anywhere. With this type of bra, women with smaller breasts actually have an advantage in that they have more size variety to pick from. Maybe in the morning you want to be a modest B-cup while giving a presentation at work, then by nighttime you can transform into a voluptuous D-cup for that hot date, it’s all up to you!
Of course, one of the best reasons to get an inflatable bra or use bra inserts is that you can avoid the need for surgery, which usually cost thousands more than a cheap bra or insert that you can just pick up at the store. And more importantly, you can avoid any scarring that would result from the surgery, and of course avoid any safety risks that are associated with any type of surgery.

  • These inflatable Breast Enhancers pads will make a beautiful difference in the way you look and feel. Designed to creat a more feminine shape by increasing the cup size by 1/2 to 2 full cup sizes. Safe & comfortable.
  • Enhancers are soft to the touch. They're confortable, durable and non-irritating to the skin. Simply insert Enhancers into your bra, and forget that they are there!
  • Easy to inflate and deflate to quickly change size and appearance

Home made Cleavage Creator for Crossdressers

I personally use a medical tape for mine, when I need a cleavage, it is called 3m transpore tape and it comes in 1/2 inch (which is great for lifting eyebrows invisibly) and inch strips which I use to generate a cleavage. it is as sticky as Duck tape on first contact, but remove much simpler and cleaner. it only nice for makes use of but you will find it better. I do much the same as you do, but one time taped I use a silicone breast form to push the cleavage over, Much safer than water balloons, but others here use silicone chicken fillets or bird seed sacks.

I did this to show someone how simple but affective it can be (Sorry the chest is not shaved) but you can see the affect.

I use oval plastic discs, stuck the the side of the breast, tape them together, and then push my breast forms in to the sides moving the breast over giving a actual cleavage affect. (I used to make use of medfix, but transpore is much better for the job)

Here is another made with Platic Bucket.

It is cut out of a plastic bucket, two pieces that fit snugly around the outer rim of your breast tissue. A couple of strings to tie it around your chest, to be tightened and the breast tissue (everyone has some some tissue that can be used tof the purpose)pulled towards the center as much as possible to create the cleavage. Wear a bra and forms over it normally.

How to visually enhance small breasts

Big and full breasts are considered as a token of femininity and sexual appeal. Thus many of those women who have small breasts feel inferior or less confident than those who have large breasts. There are many ways of how to visually enhance small breasts without any radical changes such as plastic surgery. From special foods and exercises that help breast muscles stay in tone to bra types and clothing color – all may play a part in enhancing small breasts.

Choose a right size bra. The first thing to do is to find a right size bra. Why? Because the bra has to fit perfectly to provide necessary support the breasts and make them look good and be comfortable. Learn how to determine your bra size here.

Pushup Bra. A pushup bra visually enhances the chest and forms a cleavage. Thus your breasts appear to be bigger. Pushup bras push the breasts together and lift them up which creates a visual illusion of larger breasts.

Pushups can be padded to enhance the breast size. They can also have the inserts filled with water or under wires for a more natural shape and look. The inserts can also be filled with gel, air, foam or silicone. Silicone inserts look best of all as they are worn on the outside of the bra. The pushup bra has to tighten the breasts but it should not sit too tight and cause discomfort.

Padded Bra. The padded bras due to the padding in the lining visually enhance small breasts but unlike the pushup bras do not significantly lift them.

Also opt for bras with thin spaghetti straps they will contrast with the breast size. Shiny silky material also works well for small breasts. Black, red, deep purple, chocolate brown colors are almost classic for sexy lingerie so opt for them, though carefully since the darker tones tend to deemphasize the size.

Open shelf or cupless bra. The cupless bra is specially designed to provide a good support but has no cups or has a small line of fabric just below the nipples. It fits great for breast enhancement as it lifts breasts and draws attention to them and the cleavage.

Choosing lingerie for small breasts. Another approach to choosing lingerie aside from pushup and padded bras is to look for babydolls or tops embroidered with ruches, lace, glitter or other things around the bust line as they visually enhance small breasts. Or you can also choose babydolls with a built-in pushup or padded bra. One more way is to show off your bottom or legs or use garters and stockings if you are slim to draw attention from your breast size.

You can also opt for an under bust corset or a waist cincher in a combination with a pushup bra or a bra with ruches as the corset itself has a pushing effect. This will make your chest appear wider and visually enhance your breasts due to the pushup bra effect. You can also combine a dark corset with a lighter bra which can also make your breasts look bigger.

The over bust corset is a special occasion item but if you have a passion for that opt for those which have rich embroidery in the bust line, again ruches and bows will do. Plus due to the hour-glass shape that the corset provides, your waist will become thinner while the chest wider and bigger. Do not wear tops or babydolls that have a high bust line as it draws attention to the breast size.

Posture. In order to be beautiful and healthy you have to have a right posture. Hold your back straight as it is not only visually lifts up your breasts and enhances them, but it is also simply beautiful. Incorrect posture can bring back aches and other back problems.

Color tricks. These may not very well work with lingerie, but you can use them to choose clothes. Opt for light colors for bust line and dark ones for lower part of the body. Thin horizontal stripes also enhance your chest and combined with the dark bottom will deemphasize the wide hips.

Makeup. Applying some make up to your chest can also visually enhance the small breasts. The first technique is to apply shimmery light powder to the upper part of your chest and highlight the area between your breasts with a darker powder. Apply as an eye makeup thoroughly blending in the two tones.

The second technique is completely the opposite. Use the darker tone on the upper part and the lighter one in between the breasts. Which one of these techniques suits you better can decide only an experiment.

Accessories. Accessories and small details can visually enhance small breasts accentuating the cleavage. Opt for the thin chains and small pendants as the delicate designs greatly contrast with the breast size.

Now let’s summarize all the things that help us visually enhance small breasts: special bras, ruches, lace, glitter, bows, under bust corsets, garters and stockings, light colors, thin horizontal stripes, good posture, special makeup and accessories. The things to avoid having the small breasts are the high bust line tops, tight clothes, loose clothes; breasts “disappear” in it.

How to Make Your Breasts Beautiful with Exercises

As centuries pass by, the standards of a beautiful bosom have changed for a number of times, today an ideal bust is considered the one with a shape that remains the same no matter what movements your body performs. Hence, a beautiful bosom is considered the one with high, elastic breasts, regardless of their size; the main point of a beautiful bust is its tone. The perfect sport to increase the tone and improve the appearance of your breasts is swimming, the second alternative, in case there is no way to practice this sport, is to see a fitness trainer or do some simple but effectiveexercises, which will help you strengthen the pectoral muscles by yourself.

Exercise 1 for Beautiful Breasts. Pressure

Applying pressure is the simplest exercise for your bust. Stand tall facing the wall, lean against it with your hands. Press against the wall as hard as you can, as if you want to move it, keep on pushing for 10 seconds. Relax, shake your hands. Do a set of 10 repetitions.

Exercise 2 for Beautiful Breasts. Elbows Touch

Stand tall, bend your hands slightly in the elbows, keep your hands on your hips. Try to touch your elbows one to the other behind your back, do not do it in jerks, but rather do it slowly, stretching the muscles for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 8 times.

Exercise 3 for Beautiful Breasts. Palms Pressing

The next exercise for beautiful breasts is as follows: join your palms in front of the chest and press them hard against each other for 3-5 seconds. Repeat 8-10 times.

Exercise 4 for Beautiful Breasts. "Dry" Breast-Stroke

If you can not go to a swimming pool, do this effective exercise to improve the tone of your breast. Stand tall, nestle up to the wall, squeeze the pectoral muscles and make movements, as if you are breast-stroke swimming. Do a hundred slow strokes, keep your pectoral muscles tense all the time.

Finishing Exercises for Beautiful Breasts with Posture Exercise

The best way to finish this set of exercises for your bust is to do an exercise which targets your posture. Take a thick book, put it on your head and walk around the house for a few minutes like that, trying to keep it on your crown. This will help you relax the muscles effectively and give them the needed working tone. If you can not walk like that, at least try standing with the book on your head. You can hold on to a chair or the wall, but do not lean against the wall.
